York’s Kinesiology & Health Science program is ranked 3rd in Ontario (tied) in the 2022 ShanghaiRanking’s Global Ranking of Sport Science Schools and Departments.
With 200+ programs to choose from, our strength has always been truly exceptional programs. York U is home to Canada’s largest liberal arts program, the only Space Engineering program in the country, a new Global Health program and a unique cross-discipline Digital Media program. Our professional schools, Schulich School of Business and Osgoode Hall Law School consistently ranked among the best, and the Kinesiology & Health Science program is ranked 3rd in Ontario (tied) in the 2022 Shanghai Ranking’s Global Ranking of Sport Science Schools and Departments. Our 39 organized research centres, that serve as interdisciplinary synergistic hubs studying inclusive technology and AI, global health research, feminist research, bee ecology, refugee studies, Africa and its diasporas, and more.
